The month of February is very busy for the preparation of the Festival, on march 1, 2011 all participants showed their talent and creativity in making their costumes and give pleasure to the visitors.. Many people watched to support their bets and glimpse the various techniques of dance.
Under the bright sunlight all contestant ramp their costumes while dancing on the street, you will enjoy to watch their movements, smiling faces, great costume and their music.
The most exciting moment of the competition is the announcement of winners and the winner is from Brgy. San Pablo Mandaon.
I feel sad because our barangay was not able to participate this competition, we are planning to join but we have enough budget and the worst is, we did not receive any support from our barangay officials.
